Thank you for shopping with Kaja Couture. We take great care in preparing and packaging your order so that it arrives beautifully and safely. This Shipping Policy outlines how and when your items will be shipped, as well as what to expect throughout the fulfillment process.

Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 2–4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

 

Made-to-Order Items

Some pieces in our collection are crafted especially for you.

  • Made-to-order items typically require 7–21 business days for production before shipping.

  • Production and ship times may vary slightly based on fabric availability, craftsmanship, and seasonal volume.

  • Made-to-order items cannot be cancelled once production has begun, as materials are sourced and reserved specifically for your garment.

  • If your order contains both in-stock and made-to-order items, they may ship separately.

If you have a date-sensitive request (e.g., bridal, gifting, special occasion), please contact us prior to ordering — we will do our best to accommodate.

 

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected service.

Estimated delivery windows (after your order has shipped):

  • Standard Shipping: 5–7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: 2–4 business days

  • Overnight / Express: 1–2 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, or holiday volume.

 

Local Pickup (If Applicable)

If local pickup is available, instructions will be provided at checkout. You will receive an email when your order is ready.

 

Pre-Order & Special Order Items

Items marked as pre-order or special order will ship according to the estimated date listed on the product page. These items may ship separately from in-stock items.

 

Shipping Address Accuracy

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at checkout.
We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

 

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once an order has been handed to the carrier, it becomes the carrier’s responsibility.
If your package is lost, delayed, or marked as delivered but not received, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim.

We will, of course, support you with documentation if needed.

 

International Shipping (If Applicable)

International shipping rates and delivery times vary by destination.
Customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes imposed by their country.
