Return & Exchange Policy

Because our pieces are intimate by nature, we take special care to maintain the highest standards of hygiene, presentation, and garment integrity. For this reason, many items are final sale. Please review the policy below before placing your order.

Eligible Returns

To qualify for a return or exchange:

  • Item must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition

  • Tags, hygiene liners, and packaging must be intact

  • Request must be submitted within 7 days of delivery

Returns that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted.

Final Sale Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Panties, thongs, bodysuits, and any garment worn directly against intimate areas

  • Items marked Final Sale at purchase

  • Made-to-order, pre-order, or custom pieces

  • Fragrances and personal care items

Returns for Store Credit

Approved returns will be issued store credit only.
Store credit does not expire and may be used toward any future purchase.

Exchanges

If an exchange size is in stock, we will gladly assist in processing it.
If the requested size or style is unavailable, store credit will be issued.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Order number

  • Description of the issue

  • Photos of the item and packaging

We will make it right.
